三级综合医院护士医院安全氛围感知与其锐器伤知信行相关性研究

A study on the correlation between nurses' perception of hospital safety atmosphere and their knowledge, attitude and practice of sharp instrument injuries in tertiary general hospitals

摘要	目的调查三级综合医院护士对医院安全氛围的感知水平，为医院管理者优化职业安全管理制度、制定精准化干预策略提供循证依据。方法利用便利抽样的方法，抽取3所多中心研究单位的1230名注册护士为研究对象，对一般信息、锐器伤发生情况进行统计分析。结果医院安全氛围总分及各维度得分与护士锐器伤防护知识、态度、行为及KAP总分呈系统性负相关（P＜0.01）结论医院安全氛围存在结构性失衡与行为转化失灵双重困境，为医院安全文化建设提供兼具理论深度与实践可行性的路线图。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the perception level of hospital safety atmosphere among nurses in tertiary general hospitals, and to provide evidence-based basis for hospital managers to optimize occupational safety management systems and formulate precise intervention strategies. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 1230 registered nurses from three multi-center research units were selected as subjects, and the general information and the occurrence of injuries were statistically analyzed. Results The total score of hospital safety atmosphere and the scores of each dimension were systematically negatively correlated with nurses' knowledge, attitude, behavior of sharp instrument injury protection and the total score of KAP (P < 0.01). Conclusion The structural imbalance of hospital safety atmosphere and the dilemma of behavioral transformation provide a roadmap with both theoretical depth and practical feasibility for the construction of hospital safety culture.
