[Abstract]Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive psychotherapy in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Methods: A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted in 136 patients (13 patients enrolled in the psychiatric department of our hospital who were enrolled in the study), 2 patients were withdrawn and 2 patients were lost) Randomized grouping was performed by random number table method. Among them, 67 patients were enrolled in the observation group and 69 patients in the control group. Both groups were treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with psychotherapy at the same time. By comparing the two groups of patients in cognitive function, behavioral capacity, anxiety status, the clinical efficacy of comprehensive psychological treatment model. At the same time, follow-up follow-up to evaluate the recurrence of disease in both groups. Results: The MCCB scores (language fluency, connection, digital sequence, spatial breadth, continuous operation training, emotional management) and STAI were significantly lower in the observation group before and after treatment (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the MCCB score (language fluency, connection, digital sequence, continuous operation training, emotional management) and STAI were significantly lower in the observation group and the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate was 13.43% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (recurrence rate was 28.99%). Conclusion: Schizophrenia patients with comprehensive psychological model of heart treatment, can significantly improve the patients cognitive function and behavioral ability, can significantly reduce the patients anxiety state, and the treatment effect is more accurate, the risk of recurrence of the disease is low.
