摘要	目的探究曲线型仰卧卧位护理模式在ICU危重患者压力性损伤护理中的应用效果。方法本次研究的时间范围在2023年1月份至2024年12月份，纳入患者的数量为500例，平均分成对照组和实验组，每组250例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组曲线型仰卧护理，对比两组患者受压部位的压强、压力性损伤评分；压疮发生率。结果两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，实验组患者不同部位的压强与对照组存在明显差异，p<0.05，对比压力性损伤评分，实验组显优，p<0.05，对比压疮发生率，实验组更低，p<0.05。结论为ICU危重患者提供曲线型仰卧位护理模式，可以降低患者受压部位的压力，降低压疮发生率。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of curved supine nursing mode in the care of pressure injuries in critically ill patients in ICU. Methods The time range of this study was from January 2023 to December 2024, with a total of 500 patients included. They were evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 250 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received curved supine care. The pressure and pressure injury scores of the compressed area were compared between the two groups of patients; The incidence of pressure ulcers. Results After providing different nursing measures, there were significant differences in pressure in different parts of the experimental group compared to the control group, p<0.05， Compared with the pressure injury score, the experimental group showed significant improvement, p<0.05， Compared to the incidence of pressure ulcers, the experimental group had a lower rate, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing a curved supine nursing mode for critically ill ICU patients can reduce the pressure on the compressed area and lower the incidence of pressure ulcers.
