Objective To study the implementation effect and implementation value for mothers and infants when applying narrative humanistic care nursing to women in childbirth. Methods The number of cases in this study is 100, all of which come from obstetric patients admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to January 2025. According to the principle of odd and even random, they are divided into control groups and observation groups, and routine nursing and narrative humanistic care nursing are applied respectively, and the two groups of patients The delivery method, the incidence of adverse events, clinical indicators, nursing satisfaction, nursing quality score and psychological state score are evaluated and analyzed. Results After intervention, the natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher, the rate of neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress was lower, the delivery time was shorter, and the amount of postpartum bleeding was less. The satisfaction and quality of maternal nursing were higher, and the psychological state was better. The intergroup value P<0.05 shows that there is a comparative significance. Conclusion When applying narrative humanistic care nursing to childbirth, the clinical nursing effect and nursing quality are remarkable, which can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, improve the rate of natural childbirth, reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse events, shorten the recovery time and reduce the amount of bleeding, and relieve the anxiety and depression of mothers.
