Objective To explore the application of personalized nursing prescriptions in the detailed care of elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods The period is from January 2022 to December 2022. The research subjects are 70 elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome. The grouping method is the random number table grouping method. The grouping consists of an observation group and a control group, both with n=35 cases. The control group received detailed care, while the observation group received personalized care prescriptions. The research results compare the physical indicators, self-care ability, nursing evaluation, psychological state, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results The 24-hour urinary protein index, total cholesterol (TC), and triglyceride (TG) index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all four aspects (P<0.05). The scores of five nursing evaluations, including nursing techniques, in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing prescriptions can promote the physical recovery of such patients, with good indicators and high nursing evaluation.
