摘要	目的分析优质护理干预对冠状动脉搭桥术后主动脉球囊反搏辅助的患者焦虑抑郁及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年12月我院收治的200名行冠状动脉搭桥术联合主动脉球囊反搏辅助的患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组100人，对照组实行常规护理干预，实验组实行优质护理干预，应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)观察两组患者焦虑抑郁程度，以及并发症的情况。结果实验组患者焦虑、抑郁程度较对照组显著降低(t=3.009，P=0.003, t=3.728, P=0.000)，并发症概率显著低于对照组(c²=13.032, P=0.005)。结论对冠状动脉搭桥术联合主动脉球囊反搏辅助的患者给予优质护理干预可以明显降低患者焦虑抑郁的程度和减少并发症的发生，在临床上值得推广使用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the influence of high-quality nursing intervention on anxiety, depression and complications in patients with aortic balloon counterpulsation after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods 200 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting combined with aortic balloon counterpulsation in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received high-quality nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression levels of the two groups were observed using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), as well as the occurrence of complications. Results The anxiety and depression levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t = 3.009, P = 0.003, t = 3.728, P = 0.000), and the probability of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ² = 13.032, P = 0.005). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for patients with coronary artery bypass grafting combined with aortic balloon counterpulsation can significantly reduce the degree of anxiety and depression and the occurrence of complications, and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
