摘要	目的分析探讨人文关怀护理在女性更年期中的应用效果。方法选取2023.01-2024.12期间，在本院接受治疗的100名女性更年期综合征患者作为研究对象，并随机将所有患者分为参照组与观察组。其中参照组患者50例（n=50例，实施常规护理模式），观察组患者50例（n=50例，除常规护理外，实施人文关怀护理）。比较两组患者经过不同模式护理后的心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果经过护理后，观察组患者的睡眠质量、心理状态、护理满意度以及生活质量，均显著优于参照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在女性更年期中实施人文关怀护理，可有效改善患者的心理状态及睡眠质量，并提高生活质量及护理满意度，取得了较好的应用效果，值得继续推广应用。
Abstract	Objective Exploring the application effect of humanistic care nursing in female menopause. Methods Select 100 female patients with menopausal syndrome who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 as the research subjects, and randomly divide all patients into a reference group and an observation group. Among them, there were 50 patients in the reference group (n=50, implementing conventional nursing mode) and 50 patients in the observation group (n=50, implementing humanistic care nursing in addition to conventional nursing). Compare the psychological state, sleep quality, and quality of life of two groups of patients after receiving different modes of nursing care. Results After nursing care, the sleep quality, psychological state, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life of the observation group patients were significantly better than those of the reference group patients, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing humanistic care nursing during female menopause can effectively improve patients' psychological state and sleep quality, as well as enhance their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, achieving good application results and worthy of further promotion and application.
