摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨电刺激疗法治疗急性脑梗死伴吞咽困难与心理障碍的疗效。方法: 采用随机分组的方法，将本院接收的78例脑梗死患者伴吞咽困难及心理障碍分为对照组和实验组。其中对照组采用常规药物治疗及吞咽训练，实验组在对照组的基础上采用神经肌肉电刺激疗法治疗，分别比较治疗前后情绪状态量表（Poms）评分及自尊及人际行为评定量表（RSEQ-30）评分，并进行分析。结果：对照组治疗前后情绪状态量表评分及自尊及人际行为评定量表评分并无明显区别，实验组患者治疗后情绪状态量表评分显著低于治疗前（P＜0.05），而自尊与人际行为评定量表评分治疗后显著高于治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗后情绪状态量表评分显著低于对照组，而自尊及人际行为评定量表评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：神经肌肉电刺激疗法治疗脑梗死患者吞咽困难，有助于消除患者的心理障碍，显著提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract	[Abstract] objectiveTo explore the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with dysphagia and psychological disorder.Method78 cases of patientswith acute cerebral infarction with dysphagia and psychological disorder were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Control group used conventional drug treatment and swallowing training, and the experimental group usedneuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of control group.Poms scores and RSEQ-30 scores were detected before and after treatmentand compared between two groups. ResultsAfter treatment,there are no significant differenceof Poms scores and RSEQ-30 scoreswith before treatment in control group. Inexperimental group, Poms scores was significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05) and RSEQ-30 scoreswas significantly higher than before(P < 0.05).After treatment,Poms scores was significantly lower than the control group, and RSEQ-30 scores was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).ConclusionNeuromuscular electrical stimulation in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with dysphagia and psychological disordercould eliminate the patients psychological barriers, improve the patients quality of life.
