摘要	摘要探讨脑卒中并发认知和心理障碍患者治疗期间心理干预对患者预后效果的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2015年1月至2016年9月来我院接受治疗的96例脑卒中并发认知和心理障碍患者均分为观察组和对照组各48例，两组患者入院后即接受常规综合治疗，对照组患者给予基础护理干预，观察组患者在此基础上给予心理干预，比较两组干预效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者干预后MMSE评分和WHOQOL-BREF评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者干预后HAMD评分和HAMA评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论脑卒中并发认知和心理障碍患者治疗期间实施心理干预能够有效改善患者情绪状态、认知功能、生活质量和治疗效果，值得临床推荐。
Abstract	Abstract Objective To explore the influence of prognosis for the stroke patients with cognitive function and psychologic obstacle by psychological nursing. Methods 96 cases of stroke patients with cognitive function and psychologic obstacle from 2015/01 to 2016/09 were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases). The two groups were treated by routine comprehensive treatment. The control group were nursed by basic nursing. The observation group were nursed by psychological nursing based on basic nursing. The clinical effect were observed. Results The rate of total effective for observation group were higher than control group(P＜0.05); The level of MMSE score and WHOQOL-BREF score for observation group after intervening were higher than control group(P＜0.05); The level of HAMD score and HAMA score for observation group after intervening were lower than control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It can increase the emotional state, cognitive function, living quality and treatment effect for the stroke patients with cognitive function and psychologic obstacle by psychological nursing. It is worth to clinical recommend.
