摘要

Abstract
Objective As a malignant tumor, bladder cancer surgery often causes significant trauma to patients. This study aims to explore the effects of solution-focused motivational nursing interventions on fear of cancer recurrence and health-promoting behaviors in patients undergoing surgery for bladder cancer. Methods Patients undergoing surgical treatment for bladder cancer at our hospital were given either routine motivational nursing care or solution-focused motivational nursing interventions, and the effects of the two approaches were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a significant reduction in fear of cancer recurrence and a comprehensive improvement in health-promoting behaviors (P < 0.05, statistically significant), without an increased risk of complications (P > 0.05, no significant difference). Conclusion Solution-focused motivational nursing interventions have a significant effect in patients undergoing surgery for bladder cancer. They can effectively alleviate fear of cancer recurrence and promote the development of health behaviors, which is positively significant for improving postoperative quality of life.
