摘要
目的 探讨路径式健康教育对择期肿瘤介入治疗患者心理应激反应的影响。方法 于2024年7月-2025年6月期间,选取64例择期肿瘤介入治疗患者为研究对象,用数字随机表法将患者分为两组,对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组予以路径式健康教育,对比护理效果。结果 观察组较对照组心理应激反应有明显减轻(P<0.05);观察组较对照组依从性明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 对择期肿瘤介入治疗患者实施路径式健康教育,可有效缓解心理应激反应,提高治疗依从性。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pathway based health education on psychological stress response in patients undergoing elective tumor intervention therapy. Methods From July 2024 to June 2025, 64 patients undergoing elective tumor intervention therapy were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The control group received routine health education, while the observation group received pathway based health education. The nursing effects were compared. Results The observation group showed a significant reduction in psychological stress response compared to the control group (P<0.05); The compliance of the observation group was significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing pathway based health education for patients undergoing elective tumor intervention therapy can effectively alleviate psychological stress reactions and improve treatment compliance.
