Objective To explore the application effect of the clinical teaching model based on the TPACK(Technology, Instruction and Content Knowledge)framework in the practical teaching of rehabilitation nursing. Methods Sixty nursing interns who were doing internships in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine from July 2024 to April 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 interns in each group. The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode, while the observation group implemented clinical teaching based on the TPACK framework. After the intervention, the theoretical examination scores, skills assessment scores, job competency scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared. Results The theoretical examination scores and skills assessment scores of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of job competence and the scores of each dimension such as clinical practice ability, independent learning ability, teamwork ability and communication skills in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical teaching based on the TPACK framework can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge mastery, practical operation skills, job competence and teaching satisfaction of rehabilitation nursing interns.
