护理干预在老年心脏起搏器植入术的应用效果分析

摘要	目的分析对老年心脏起搏器植入术患者实施护理干预的应用价值。方法选取我院行心脏起搏器植入术的老年患者84例，抽样时间2024年2月～2024年12月，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。对照组接受常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上加以优质护理干预。比较不同护理方式的焦虑情绪、生活质量，记录并发症情况和护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组焦虑情绪缓解、生活质量水平提升且优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组并发症率4.76%，护理满意率97.62%，对照组并发症率21.43%，护理满意率80.95%，组间并发症、护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论优质护理干预的使用，有助于减轻起心脏搏器植入后患者的心理负担，促进良好护患关系形成，且安全性较高，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application value of nursing intervention for elderly patients undergoing cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods A total of 84 elderly patients who underwent cardiac pacemaker implantation in our hospital were selected. The sampling period was from February 2024 to December 2024. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing interventions, while the observation group received high-quality nursing interventions in addition to the conventional care. Compare the anxiety and quality of life of different nursing methods, record the complications and nursing satisfaction. Results After the nursing care, the anxiety of the observation group was relieved, the quality of life was improved and better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 4.76%, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 97.62%. The complication rate of the control group was 21.43%, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 80.95%. There were statistically significant differences in complications and nursing satisfaction between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention helps to reduce the psychological burden of patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation, promotes the formation of a good nurse-patient relationship, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
