Objective To explore the clinical effect of full-course Doula-assisted midwifery nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention applied to parturients during childbirth. Methods A total of 100 parturients who gave birth and were admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected for the study. They were grouped by the digital table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received full-course dound-assisted obstetric care combined with psychological nursing intervention. Compare the time of the first, second and third stages of labor in the two groups; The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were adopted to evaluate the emotional changes of parturients before and after nursing. Results The labor process in the observation group was effectively shortened, P<0.05. Before the nursing care, the emotional indices of the two groups had no statistical significance, P>0.05. After the nursing care, the anxiety and depression indices of the observation group decreased significantly, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of full-course Doula midwifery nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention in parturients can shorten the labor process and improve the negative emotions of parturients.
