摘要	目的浅析全麻术后谵妄患者采用多学科协作护理的效果，重点探究麻醉恢复室的主要工作。方法选取2024年1月至2024年12月本院接受治疗且签署知情同意书的全麻术后谵妄患者60例，采取随机原则将纳入本次研究患者平均分成选择多学科协作护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组，对比护理效果。结果观察组患者谵妄发生时间短于对照组，住院用时短于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者术后疼痛度和睡眠质量评分均低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论针对全麻术后谵妄患者实施多学科协作护理的效果显著，有助于缩短谵妄时间，且减轻了患者术后的疼痛感，提高了睡眠质量，术后干预效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on postoperative delirium patients under general anesthesia, with a focus on exploring the main work of the anesthesia recovery room. Methods Sixty postoperative delirium patients who received treatment and signed informed consent forms in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. The patients included in this study were randomly divided into an observation group receiving multidisciplinary collaborative nursing and a control group receiving routine nursing, and the nursing effects were compared. Results The occurrence time of delirium in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05); In addition, the postoperative pain and sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for postoperative delirium patients under general anesthesia has a significant effect, which helps to shorten the duration of delirium, reduce postoperative pain, improve sleep quality, and has a definite postoperative intervention effect.
