摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者海马、侧脑室颞角、杏仁核等结构磁共振成像（MRI）表现与其认知功能的相关性。方法：对30例临床诊断AD的患者组和30例健康老年人组成的对照组进行认知功能量表评分及MRI扫描，丈量其海马高度、体积，杏仁核体积及颞角宽度，对比两组间差异；同时将各MRI测量值与认知功能评分做相关性分析。结果：AD组的认知功能量表评分，双侧海马高度、体积，双侧颞角宽度及右侧杏仁核体积与对照组比较均有显著差异（P<0.05）。双侧海马高度、体积，颞角宽度与认知功能量表评分存在一定的相关性（P<0.05）。结论：认知功能量表及海马、侧脑室颞角的MRI量化评估，可为AD的临床诊疗提供可靠依据。
Abstract	Abstract：Objective To study the correlation between magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) measurements of hippocampus, temporal horn of lateral ventricle, amygdala and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer disease (AD).Methods There were 30 AD patients and 30 elders with normal cognitive function as the control group (NG) in the study. To conduct neuropsychological examinations and scan bilateral hippocampal formations (HF), temporal horn of lateral ventricle, amygdala with MRI. Compared scores and measurements of two groups. Then made a correlation analysis on scores and measurements of patients with AD. Results Scores of neuropsychological examinations; the height, volume of bilateral HF; width of bilateral temporal horn and the right side volume of amygdala showed significant differences between AD and NG (P<0.05).And the height, volume of bilateral HF; width of bilateral temporal horn were found to correlate significantly with scores of neuropsychological examinations (P<0.05).Conclusion The neuropsychological examinations, the quantitative evaluation of HF, temporal horn of lateral ventricle with MRI may improve diagnosis and treatment of AD.
