【Abstract】Objective To research on values of anxiety state, quality of life, psychological intervention for the patients with chemotherapy after breast cancer. Methods Investigation of postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy patients emotional state, sleep quality, quality of life and affect patients psychological state of reality, family and physical problems investigation questionnaire, implementation of psychological nursing intervention, six weeks after the nursing effect. Results 95 patients have different degree of anxiety depression, sleep disorders and lower quality of life issues, appearance defects, taking a bath, or dress, toxic and side reaction of chemotherapy, family economic problems is a major cause of affected patients psychological state. The scores of SAS, SDS, sleep quality, fall-sleep time, sleeping time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder after interfere were lower than before interfere(P＜0.05); The scores of physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function after interfere were higher than before interfere(P＜0.05); The scores of nausea and vomiting, fatigue and pain after interfere were lower than before interfere(P＜0.05). Conclusion It has anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and lower quality of life issues for the patients with chemotherapy after breast cancer, it can solve the above problem by psychological nursing intervention, it has high values of clinical application.
