| 摘要 |
在党的十九大报告当中明确并落实了法治建设工作的必要性，要想更好地在社会中立足，确保我国有着更加广阔的发展空间，就一定要重视建设中国特色社会主义法治国家，构建完善的法治体系。因此，本文将围绕法治建设及法学人才培养的路径为主题来展开分析，通过详细了解法治建设工作开展基本要求，提出落实培养法学人才的可行性对策。

| Abstract |
In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the necessity of the construction of the rule of law was clarified and implemented. In order to better stand in the society and ensure that China has a broader development space, we must pay attention to the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics and build a perfect rule of law system. Therefore, this paper will focus on the construction of the rule of law and the path of legal personnel training as the theme to carry out the analysis, through a detailed understanding of the basic requirements for the construction of the rule of law, and put forward the feasible countermeasures for the cultivation of legal personnel.
