【Abstract】 Objective To study the influencing factors of anxiety in elderly patients with uremia dialysis.Methods 120 elderly uremic patients who underwent dialysis was conducted by the epidemiological cross-sectional,the anxiety status was investigated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA).The Logistic multivariate analysis was used to investigate the relationship between demographic data, nutrition, social support, pathological,treatment factors and anxiety.Results The HAMA score of elderly uremia patients was (20.76±8.12) points,80% of the patients had anxiety.The HAMA scores were related to marital status, education level, income level, social support and nutritional status, creatinine, uric acid, high sensitivity CRP levels and treatment protocols(P<0.05),the Logistic analysis showed that educational level, social support, nutritional status and dialysis treatment program were independent factors affecting the anxiety score of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The educational level, social support, nutritional status and dialysis treatment program are closely related to anxiety in elderly patients with uremia and dialysis,peritoneal dialysis is recommended for elderly patients.We should pay attention to improve the nutritional status of patients, and psychological intervention for patients with personality characteristics.
