【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of escitalopram oxalate on anxiety,depression and sexual life quality of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy (LM). Methods From February 2015 to February 2017,a total of 74 patients with anesthesia and depression after LM in our hospital were enrolled,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 37 patients.The control group received conventional psychological intervention,the observation group received escitalopram oxalate treatment on the basis of the control group. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Brief Index of Sexual Functioning for Women (BISF-W) scores were evaluated and compared between the two groups at before treatment and after treatment for 12 weeks. Results The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The scores of BISF-W in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the scores in observation group were significantly higher higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Esperperidine oxalate can alleviate the postoperative anxiety and depression in patients with LM, improve the sexual life quality.It is worth popularizing in gynecology department.
