摘要	目的分析整体护理方案在重症颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2022年5月～2023年6月我院收治的111例重症颅脑损伤患者为研究对象，采用数字表法随机分为观察组（56例）和对照组（55例）。对照组实施常规重症护理，观察组实施整体护理方案。比较两组患者不同时间段美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS Neurological Deficit score；NIHSS）、护理满意度。结果术前两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05；术后24、72h及7dNIHSS评分比较，观察组优，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对重症颅脑损伤患者实施整体护理方案，可有效改善患者神经功能，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application value of a holistic nursing program in the care of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 111 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into an observation group (56 cases) and a control group (55 cases) using a digital table method. The control group received conventional critical care, while the observation group received a holistic nursing program. The two groups were compared in terms of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores at different time points and nursing satisfaction. Results There was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05); at 24 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days post-surgery, the NIHSS scores of the observation group were better, with all differences being statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with all differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a holistic nursing program for patients with severe traumatic brain injury can effectively improve neurological function and increase nursing satisfaction.
