Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who have undergone endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into an experimental group and a control group at a ratio of 1:1, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group was given high-quality care. The effects were compared. Results The experimental group had better rehabilitation outcomes, better psychological states, and higher quality of life compared with the control group, with P < 0.05. Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery can facilitate postoperative recovery, alleviate negative emotions, improve quality of life, and enhance prognosis.
