摘要
目的 探讨新医科视域下的核心职业素养培养路径教学模式对护理本科生的影响。方法 选取2024年3月-2025年3月就读于某校的护理专业本科学生160人作为研究对象,按照组间基线资料均衡可比的原则,采用随机对照试验设计,实验组接受融合PBL、情景模拟和双轨制导师制度的综合干预,对照组采用常规教学选对照组予以常规教学模式。教学4个月后,对两组学生的职业认同感、职业自我效能、OSCE考核成绩进行评价。结果 干预后,实验组护生职业认同总得分、职业自我效能总得分、OSCE考核成绩总得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新医科视域下的核心职业素养培养路径教学模式能够提高护理本科生的职业认同感、职业自我效能感和OSCE考核成绩。
Abstract
Objective explore the impact of the core professional competence training path teaching mode from the perspective of new medicine on nursing undergraduate students. Methods A total of 160 undergraduate nursing students who studied at a certain university from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups, a randomized controlled trial design was adopted. The experimental group received a comprehensive intervention integrating PBL, scenario simulation, and dual track mentor system, while the control group received conventional teaching mode. After 4 months of teaching, evaluate the professional identity, self-efficacy, and OSCE assessment scores of two groups of students. After intervention, the total scores of occupational identity, occupational self-efficacy, and OSCE assessment scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching model of cultivating core professional qualities from the perspective of new medicine can improve the professional identity, self-efficacy, and OSCE assessment scores of nursing undergraduate students.
