摘要
目的 探讨基于奥苏贝尔理论探索护理本科生自主学习能力提高策略研究,激发学生学习的热情以及自主学习的积极性,同时优化传统的教学模式提升了临床实践能力。方法 对2021年9月-2024年7月在包头医学院就读的在校230名大三学生发放问卷,学生通过扫描问卷二维码进行填写。结果 老师讲课内容总体效果评价满意度较高,实验组采用临床实践结合常规教学,学业自我效能感均值(2.26±0.67)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),教学满意度(1.30±0.49)离散程度较小,表明新模式更稳定有效。结论 奥苏贝尔理论与临床实践结合,激发了学生学习的热情以及自主学习的积极性,同时结合奥苏贝尔理论优化教学模式,显著提升了学生的临床实践能力。
Abstract
Objective To explore strategies for improving the self-learning ability of nursing undergraduate students based on Ausubel's theory, stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative for self-learning, and optimize traditional teaching models to enhance clinical practice ability. Methods A questionnaire was distributed to 230 junior students studying at Baotou Medical College from September 2021 to July 2024. Students filled out the questionnaire by scanning the QR code. The overall evaluation satisfaction of the teacher's lecture content was relatively high. The experimental group used clinical practice combined with conventional teaching, and the average academic self-efficacy (2.26 ± 0.67) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The degree of dispersion of teaching satisfaction (1.30 ± 0.49) was small, indicating that the new model is more stable and effective. Conclusion The combination of Ausubel theory and clinical practice has stimulated students' enthusiasm for learning and their initiative for self-directed learning. At the same time, combining Ausubel theory to optimize the teaching mode has significantly improved students' clinical practice ability.
