摘要	目的探讨人文护理对早产儿潮气呼吸肺功能随访研究入组率的影响。方法选取2022年9月至2024年9月某院儿科200例早产儿，随机分为实验组（人文护理，含个性化方案、知情同意沟通、家庭参与式护理等）和对照组（常规护理），各100例。结果实验组入组率 92%、家属满意度 95%、护理质量评分（93.5±4.2）分，均显著高于对照组的 75%、80%、（85.3±5.1）分（均 P<0.05）。结论人文护理通过个性化干预等措施提高入组率，为临床管理提供依据。
Abstract	Objective To explore the impact of humanistic nursing on the enrollment rate in follow-up studies of tidal breathing pulmonary function in premature infants. Methods A total of 200 premature infants admitted to the pediatric department of a hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group (humanistic nursing, including personalized plans, informed consent communication, family-integrated care, etc.) and a control group (routine nursing), with 100 cases in each group. Results The enrollment rate (92%), family satisfaction (95%), and nursing quality score (93.5±4.2) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (75%, 80%, and85.3±5.1, respectively; all P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing improves enrollment rates through measures such as personalized interventions, providing a basis for clinical management.
