摘要
为解决高职《外科护理》课程传统教材与临床实践脱节、学科化倾向严重等问题,实现“岗课赛证”四维融通,构建以典型任务为驱动、以职业能力为核心的模块化课程体系,《外科护理》课程教学改革基于岗位任务分析,结合专家访谈意见,遵循国家职业教育改革政策导向,将课程教材内容重构设计为“围手术期护理-外科疾病专科护理-外科急重症护理”三大能力进阶模块,下设9个项目、20个学习任务。该课程模块化重构设计以职业教育能力本位为导向,为护理专业课程教学改革与教材建设提供了可推广范式。
Abstract
To address the issues of disconnection between traditional textbooks and clinical practice in the "Surgical Nursing" course in higher vocational education, as well as the severe disciplinary orientation, and to achieve the integration of "job, course, competition, and certificate" in a four-dimensional approach, a modularized curriculum system driven by typical tasks and centered on professional capabilities was constructed. The teaching reform of the "Surgical Nursing" course was based on job task analysis, combined with expert interview opinions, and in line with the policy orientation of national vocational education reform. The course textbook content was restructured and designed into three progressive modules of "perioperative nursing - specialized nursing for surgical diseases - critical care for surgical emergencies", with 9 projects and 20 learning tasks under them. This modularized restructuring of the course, guided by the vocational education's competency-based approach, provides a replicable model for the teaching reform and textbook construction of nursing professional courses.
