摘要	精神分裂症患者存在广泛的认知障碍，其中工作记忆障碍认为是认知障碍的核心症状。本文对近年来关于精神分裂症患者在工作记忆认知过程以及神经影像学改变研究进展进行一综述。为今后开展精神分裂症工作记忆障碍提供参考。
Abstract	Schizophrenia is existing a extensive cognitive impairment，simultaneously working memory is regarded as a core feature of it.In this paper, it will reviewe the cognitive progress of working memory and neuroimaging in schizophrenia in recent years. And it hope to provide reference for the future of work memory impairment in schizophrenia.
