摘要	了解2007-2011年新疆地区精神卫生服务情况，为精神心理行为问题防治提供基础资料。方法使用自行设计的调查问卷“新疆精神卫生机构调查表”对新疆维吾尔自治区9所精神疾病专科医疗机构进行普查，对2007-2011年医院人力资源基本情况、医疗服务情况等进行描述性分析。结果本次调查显示医院的主办主体大部分为民政部门，医院级别包括一级、二级和三级医院；医院发展规模呈现上升的趋势，医院主要技术人员实际职工人数和在编职工人数均增加。医护人员整体学历层次偏低；门诊急诊、入院人数和出院人数等呈现上升趋势。结论新疆地区精神卫生服务资源分布较少。
Abstract	【Objective】To make know the Mental health service situation in Xinjiang during 2007-2011,provide basic data for the prevention and treatment of psychological disease.【Methods】 Self-designed questionnaire "Xinjiang mental health agency survey Tables" to Census for all mental disease specialist medical institutions in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region，Collection hospital was the basic situation of human resourcesmedical services and so descriptive analysis during 2007-2011. 【Results】Most of the main hospital sponsored by government departments. Grade-III hospital, Grade-II hospital and Grade-I hospital included. The development scale hospitals showing an increasing trend.The actual number of employees and the number of staff and workers have increased .while medical personnel changes show overall low level of education;Outpatient and Emergency Department, the number of hospital admissions and discharge showing an increasing trend. 【Conclusions】The distribution of mental health service resources is less in Xinjiang．
