摘要	网络舆情是新时代高校提升治理能力面临的重要课题。本文回顾了近年来高校网络舆情的基本情况，归纳总结了国内外代表性观点，从概念、理论等方面阐述了下一阶段的突破方向。
Abstract	Network public opinion is an important issue faced by colleges and universities to improve their governance capabilities in the new era. This paper reviews the basic situation of network public opinion in uni- versities in recent years, summarizes the representative views at home and abroad, and expounds the direction of breakthrough in the next stage from the aspects of concept and theory.
