心理支持对胃癌化疗患者依从性及生活质量的影响

摘要	[摘要]目的：观察心理支持对胃癌化疗患者依从性及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年12月期间我院收治的87例患者作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为两组。对照组43例接受常规护理，观察组44例患者在常规护理的基础上接受心理支持。比较两组患者干预过程中的依从性及生活质量评分（QOL）的变化。结果：观察组37例自觉接受化疗，7例监督化疗；对照组19例自觉接受化疗，24例监督化疗，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：心理支持能够有效改善胃癌化疗患者的依从性及生活质量。
Abstract	[Abstract] Objective: To study the impact of psychological support on compliance and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2016, 87 patients were chosen as study objects, and all of them were divided into 2 groups: 44 patients in study group (psychological support + routine nurse) and 43 patients in control group (routine nurse). The compliance and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results: In study group, 37 patients accepted conscious chemotherapy and 7 patients accepted supervised chemotherapy; in control study, 19 patients accepted conscious chemotherapy and 24 patients accepted supervised chemotherapy, the difference demonstrated statistical significance（P＜0.05）. After intervention, the quality of life of study group was higher than that of control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion:The impact of psychological support could alleviate the compliance and quality of life of gastric cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.
