【Abstract】 Objective: To describe the occupational stress of clinicians in a top three hospitals in Xinjiang, and the relationship between depressive symptoms and hypertension. Methods: Descriptive relevance studies were used. (SCL-90) and Znug Depression Self-Rating Scale (SDS) were used to investigate the clinicians of a top three hospital in Xinjiang from January to December in 2016. The questionnaire survey. The blood pressure level was monitored by 24-hour blood pressure monitor, and the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, daytime and nighttime systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and blood pressure variability were monitored. Statistical analysis software was used to analyze all the data. Results: The total stress of the subjects was 85.82 ± 27.00 points; the incidence of depression was 46.7%, mainly mild and moderate depression. The incidence of hypertension was significantly higher than that of the domestic norm (P <0.05). The incidence of hypertension was 25.0%. Correlation analysis showed that stress, depressive symptoms, and hypertension were positively correlated, indicating that the greater the stress of the clinician, the more severe the depression and hypertension. Conclusion: Hypertension and depression of clinicians in a top three hospitals in Xinjiang are higher than the national average. Work stress and depression symptoms, hypertension was a certain correlation.
