摘要
[摘要] 探讨健康教育程序在抑郁症患者护理中的应用及对患者SF-36评分的影响。方法 选择2016年1月至2017年3月我院收治的152例抑郁症患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组(n=76)与研究组(n=76),对照组实施传统健康教育,研究组于对照组基础上实施健康教育程序,对比两组入院时与出院前的抑郁状况、SF-36评分及临床疗效。结果 两组出院前HAMD评分较入院时均有所下降,研究组下降更多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出院前SF-36评分较入院时均有所上升,研究组上升更多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率比研究组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用健康教育程序可明显改善抑郁症患者抑郁、健康状况,疗效确切,值得推广。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of health education program on nursing care in patients with depression and the effect of SF-36 score on patients. Methods A total of 152 patients with depression were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017. They were randomly divided into control group (n = 76) and study group (n = 76). The control group was treated with traditional health education. The patients were enrolled in the study group, and the scores of the two groups were compared with those before discharge. SF-36 score and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of HAMD were significantly lower than those of the two groups (P <0.05). The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those of the two groups, and the study group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of health education program can significantly improve the depression, health status, curative effect and worthy of promotion.
