【Abstract】Objective To study the risk factors of negative mood in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis drug resistant.Methods 90 patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were included in this study,the hospital anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) was used to investigate the negative emotion status of drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients,the basic dataes and pathological indexes of patients with negative emotion and non negative emotion were compared,the high risk factors of negative emotion in drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were analyzed.Results The HADS score of 90 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis were (12.46±6.28) points.The patients with negative emotions had 38 cases, accounted for 42.22%,the average score were (14.39±3.05)points,the mild and moderate had 35 cases,accounted for 92.11%.The Logistic multivariate analysis showed that educational level, hemoptysis, activity of daily living, social support and lung function were independent factors to affect the negative emotions in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis drug resistant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The negative emotion is common among drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients and the patients are the light and moderate mainly.The educational level, symptoms of hemoptysis, activity of daily living, social support status and lung function are the independent factors influencing negative emotion of patients.
