[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of solution-focused mode on Psychological Adaptation and PSQI Score in Patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage. Methods 70 cases of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from From January 2014 to June 2016 were selected. According to the principle of complete randomization, Patients were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received continuous care. The patients in the observation group were treated with focus mode.The, self-care ability, psychological status assessment, psychological and social adaptation assessment, sleep quality and quality of life of all patients were observed. Results After the nursing intervention, the scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the scores of the psychological status were significantly lower than those of the nursing group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (t = 7.366, P <0.05). Conclusion Focusing solution model can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the PSQI score, improve the psychological adaptability of patients, social adaptability and sleep quality, worthy of clinical application.
