[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pramipexole combined with Ai Sciplan in the treatment of depression associated with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinsons disease. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with depression associated with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinsons disease in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed, these patients were divided into pramipexole combined with Ai Sciplan treatment group (combined treatment group, n=40) and pramipexole alone treatment group (alone treatment group, n=40) two groups according to the treatment methods, the UPDRS scores, HAMD scores, PDQ-39 scores, clinical efficacy and incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The emotional behavior, daily activity, motor function and medication scores of the combined treatment group were significantly lower (P<0.05), the HAMD score and PDQ-39 score were significantly lower (P<0.05), the total treatment efficiency 97.5% (39/40) was significantly higher than the alone treatment group 80.0% (32/40) (P<0.05), but the difference of adverse reactions occurred rates between the two groups 15.0% (6/40), 12.5% (5/40) was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of pramipexole combined with Ai Sciplan in the treatment of depression associated with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinsons disease is better than pramipexole treatment alone.
