[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of case management on the curative effect and quality of life of schizophrenic patients. Methods: 110 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into case management group and control group (n = 55). The patients were treated with conventional anxiolytic therapy, (CGI) and Health Survey (SF-36) were used to evaluate the intervention of the two groups before 1 week, 2 weeks of intervention, 4 weeks of intervention, 8 weeks of intervention and quality of life. Results: There was no significant difference in CGI scores between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The CGI scores of the two groups were significantly improved (P <0.05), but the intervention was 2 weeks, The CGI scores of patients in the case management group were significantly better than those in the control group at 8 weeks (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the SF-36 scores between the two groups before the intervention (P> 0.05) The roles, energy, social function, mental health, affective function and overall health of the patients were significantly improved (P <0.05), but intervened for 1 week, 2 weeks of intervention, 4 weeks of intervention, 8 weeks after the case management group The CGI score of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Case management model for the management of patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the patients efficacy and quality of life, it is worth in the clinical promotion and application.
