| Abstract |
Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Tongmai Hypoglycemic Capsules on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction and its effect on depression. Methods 110 patients from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 60 cases. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group accepted with Tongmai Hypoglycemic Capsules treatment. The clinical efficacy,the degree of neurological deficits, fasting blood glucose,2hPG and HbAlc,the Epworth sleepiness scale, Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index score, depression score and quality of life were observed after 14d.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than control group (x2=11.23，P＜0.01);After treatment,the ESS,FMA,BI,physical function,psychological function,social function scores of observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05);After treatment，the FBG, 2hPG and HbAlc level of observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05);There was difference of HAMA score, HAMD score (t=7.31, 8.35, P<0.05);serious drug-related adverse events were not found during treatment. Conclusions Treatment of type 2 diabetes senile cerebral infarction recovery period of Tongmai Hypoglycemic Capsules is safe and effective,reduce blood lipid,promote the recovery of neural function,improve the quality of life and exercise, depression,is worthy of promotion.
