摘要	【摘要】探讨个性化心理护理对慢性肾病（CKD）维持性血液透析（MHD）患者抑郁状态的影响。方法将90例接受MHD的CKD患者随机分为2组：对照组（n=45）予以常规护理，观察组（n=45）在常规护理基础上加行个性化心理护理，2组均护理4周。比较2组护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分和肾脏疾病生活质量简表（KDQOL-SF），比较2组治疗依从性。结果护理后，观察组的HAMA、HAMD、PSQI评分显著低于对照组，而KDQOL-SF评分均显著显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗依从性显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论个性化心理护理能够改善CKD行MHD患者的焦虑、抑郁状态，提高其睡眠质量与生活质量。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of personalized psychological nursing on depression in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD)patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods Ninety patients with CKD who were treated with MHD were randomly divided into two groups:The control group (n=45) received conventional nursing,the observation group (n=45) received personalized psychological nursing with conventional nursing.The scores of HAMA,HAMD,PSQI and KDQOL-SF were evaluated before and after nursing,the treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of HAMA, HAMD and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the scores of KDQOL-SF were significantly higher(P<0.05);The treatment compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing can improve the anxiety and depression of MHD patients with CKD,and can improve the quality of sleep and quality of life.
