Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Morita therapy combined with three wire relaxation on the clinical curative effect of hypochondria;Methods: from December 2015 to June 2016 in the first hospital of hypochondriac as the main object of observation, the patients were divided into observation group of 50 cases, 50 cases in the control group will randomly, the observation group with Morita therapy combined with three line relaxation method, the control group using Morita therapy in the treatment of patients with clinical curative effect, 1 months, 6 months and 12 months of treatment were compared between 2 groups (depression and self rating Anxiety Scale) and life quality score (NHP scale);Results: the two groups after the treatment of depression and anxiety scores were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05); group SDS, SAS score at 6 months after treatment were the lowest, then tend to be stable, and the control group each time were significantly decreased (P < 0.05); observation group patients the life quality score were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05);Conclusion: Morita therapy combined with three line relaxation method is helpful for hypochondriacs understand their illness, disease cognitive development of the state, the formation of rehabilitation awareness, adjust the psychological state of patients, improve the quality of life, is worthy of promotion.
