摘要	【摘要】探讨早期康复护理对老年急性脑梗塞（ACI）后抑郁患者语言功能、肢体功能及心境状态康复效果的影响。方法将94例老年ACI后抑郁患者随机分为两组：对照组（n=47）予以常规护理干预，观察组（n=47）在常规护理基础上予以早期康复护理干预。评估并比较两组干预前后美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损（NHISS）评分、失语指数（AQ）、Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定量表（FM）评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分。结果干预后两组NIHSS、HAMA、HAMD评分均显著降低，且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后两组AQ、FM评分均显著提高，且观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论早期康复护理能够减轻老年ACI后抑郁患者的负性情绪，促进神经功能、语言功能及肢体功能的全面康复。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of language function, physical function and psychological state in elderly patients with depression after acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 94 cases of elderly patients with depression after ACI were randomly divided into two groups:The control group (n=47) received routine nursing intervention,the observation group (n=47) received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of NIHSS,AQ,FM,HAMA and HAMD before and after nursing between the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After nursing intervention,the scores of NIHSS, SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); After nursing intervention,the scores of AQ and FM in the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can relieve the negative emotions of elderly patients with depression after ACI,and can promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of neurological function, language function and ,physical function.
