【摘要】探讨依达拉奉联合神经节苷脂-1(GM-1)对颅内出血(ICH)术后神经功能和认知功能的影响。方法 选取ICH术后患者84例,随机分为观察组与对照组各42例。对照组予以依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用GM-1。比较两组治疗前、治疗后14d、28d、3个月美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分,检测血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平。结果 治疗后14d、28d、3个月,观察组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,而MoCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后28d,观察组的血清hs-CRP、IL-6、NSE均显著低于对照组,T-SOD、BDNF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ICH术后应用依达拉奉联合GM-1可有效促进神经功能恢复,保护认知功能,机制可能与调节神经、炎症因子和抗氧化有关。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with ganglioside-1 (GM-1) on neurological function and cognitive function after surgery in patients with intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). Methods Eighty-four patients with ICH after surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone, the observation group was supplemented with GM-1 on the basis of control group. The NIHSS score and the MoCA score were measured before and after treatment at 14 days ,28 days and 3 months after treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, T-SOD,NSE and BDNF were measured. Results At 14 days, 28 days and 3 months after treatment,the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the MoCA score was significantly higher (P<0.05);At 28 days after treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, NSE in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the levels of T-SOD and BDNF were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with GM-1 can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and protect cognitive function of ICH patients after surgery,its mechanism may be related to the regulation of neurological and inflammatory factors, antioxidant damage.
