摘要	摘要探讨精神康复护理对脑卒中后早期精神障碍患者心理状态及躯体功能的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将80例脑卒中后早期精神障碍患者均分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组患者接受常规护理干预，观察组患者在此基础上接受精神康复护理，比较两组干预效果。结果观察组患者干预后HAMA评分和HAMD评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者干预后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组，Barthel评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者干预后SF-36各维度评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论精神康复护理可有效改善脑卒中后早期精神障碍患者心理状态，增强精神和躯体功能康复效果，提高生活质量，值得临床推荐。
Abstract	Abstract Objective To explore the influence of psychological states and physical function in early mental disorder after stroke with mental rehabilitation nursing. Methods 80 cases of early mental disorder after stroke were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The control group were received routine nursing. The observation group were received mental rehabilitation nursing based on control group. The nursing efficacy were observed. Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of observation group after the nursing were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The NIHSS score of observation group after the nursing were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The Barthel score of observation group after the nursing were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The score in each dimension of SF-36 for observation group were higher than control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It can improve the psychological states, enhance the rehabilitation efficacy of spirit and physical function, promote the living quality for the early mental disorder after stroke with mental rehabilitation nursing. It worth of clinical recommendations.
