摘要	跨期选择是人们对发生在未来的不同时间点或时间段的获利或损失进行决策与权衡。国外已有研究者将跨期选择应用于精神障碍研究，国内这方面研究尚处于起步阶段。跨期选择的测量指标可以客观测量精神障碍患者对未来的贴现率。探讨是否可以作为精神障碍患者的识别方式，或者判断疾病病程的方式，这对于研究精神障碍相关症状的发生具有启示意义。
Abstract	Intertemporal Choice is to trade off costs and benefits at different points in time. Researchers have used the paradigm of intertemporal decision to assess patients with mental disorders. It has just started in China. The magnitude of Intertemporal Choice can objectively measure the discount rate of mental disorders. To explore whether Intertemporal Choice can be the identification and the marker of mental disorders. It is a potential research tool in the assessment of the development of symptoms in mental disorders.
