【Abstract】 Objective: To to explore the effect of psychotherapy combined with paroxetine and paroxetine on depression and inflammatory factors in patients with post ischemic stroke depression.Methods: 82 cases of post stroke ischemic depression in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 41 cases in each group, two groups were given psychological care, and the control group was treated with paroxetine, observation group was treated with ergot on the basis of the treatment of the control group,comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups, depressive mood, sleep difficulties, mental anxiety, somatic anxiety, hypochondria five HAMD total score and HAMD score before and after treatment in the project,changes of inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- alpha levels before and after treatment..Results: The total effective rate was 85.37% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group70.73% (P<0.05);two groups after treatment HAMD score, depression, sleep difficulties, mental anxiety, somatic anxiety, hypochondriasis five scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05);The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- alpha in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment (P< 0.05),and the decrease rate of the observation group was greater (P < 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with post ischemic stroke depression, the efficacy of combined psychotherapy with ergot and paroxetine can help to improve depression and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with ischemic stroke.
