Abstract Objective Analysis of cognitive behavior therapy to split the influence on the quality of life in patients with the spirit, aims to provide reference for further and more effective in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods From 2015 January ~2016 year prospective during December in psychiatric outpatient and inpatient department treated 120 cases of patients with schizophrenia, using randomly divided into 2 groups, The control group was treated with quetiapine and given conventional psychotherapy, the research group was treated on the basis of cognitive behavioral therapy comparing the two groups of patients, the therapeutic effect and quality of life improvement was analyzed. Results By June (24 weeks) after the treatment, the scores of all two groups of patients was significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.01), there was significant negative symptoms and total score differences between groups (P < 0.01); research group HAMA HAMD, grading treatment significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, PSP score was significantly increased with statistical significance between groups and within groups comparison difference (P < 0.05); the two groups of patients psychological society, motivation / energy, symptoms / side reaction and the total score were significantly decreased, there was significant within group and between group differences (P < 0.01); 43.33% 18.33%, significantly lower than the control group and the study group the recurrence rate (2=8.7919, P=0.0030). Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy combined with drug therapy can effectively improve the mental symptoms of schizophrenic patients, alleviate depression, anxiety, restoring their self-esteem and insight, promote quality of life improved, at the same time improve patient medication compliance and relapse prevention, clinical application.
