摘要：目的：探究心理治疗用于老年抑郁和焦虑共病患者治疗中的效果。方法：将2015年2月~2017年2月在我院接受治疗的60例老年抑郁和焦虑共病患者作为研究对象，并给予随机分组，对照组30例，给予常规药物治疗；观察组30例，在对照组基础上加用心理治疗，对两组患者治疗前后的焦虑自评量表（Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS）评分、个体和社会功能量表中文版（Chinese version of the Personal and Social Performance scale,PSP-CHN）以及治疗依从性进行综合评价。结果：观察组患者治疗后的SAS评分、SDS评分显著优于对照组（P<0.05），有统计学意义；观察组治疗后的个人关系与社会关系、自我照料等PSP-CHN评分与对照组呈现明显差异（P<0.05），存在统计学意义；且观察组治疗后有29例患者表示依从，占96.7%，显著高于对照组的80.0%，两组差异较大（P<0.05），统计学有意义。结论：心理治疗在老年抑郁和焦虑共病患者中的应用，有利于患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的改善，提升患者的个体与社会功能，增强患者治疗依从性，值得推广应用。

Abstract: objective: to explore the effect of psychotherapy on the treatment of elderly depression and anxiety patients. Methods: from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of senile depression and anxiety in patients as the research object, and to give a randomized, 30 cases of control group given conventional drug treatment; Group, 30 cases in the control group with psychological treatment, on the basis of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with anxiety (Self-rating Anxiety Scale ,SAS) and depression (Self-rating Depression Scale ,SDS) score, individual and social function score (Chinese version of the Personal and Social Performance scale,PSP-CHN), and a comprehensive evaluation of treatment adherence. Results: the SAS score and SDS score were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. The PSPCHN score and the control group showed significant difference (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. In the observation group, 29 patients showed compliance, accounting for 96.7%, significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), and the statistical significance was significant. Conclusion: psychological treatment in the application of senile depression and anxiety in patients, is helpful for the improvement of the patients with anxiety, depression, and improve the patients individual and social function, enhance patients treatment adherence, is worthy of popularization and application.
