【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia and its influence on the level of glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods: 160 patients with refractory schizophrenia treated in our hospital from April 2014 to May -2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with clozapine combined with risperidone, and the study group was treated with clozapine combined with aripiprazole. Results: the treatment process in the study group the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05); the study group and the control group of patients with treatment efficiency were 92.5%, 78.7%, has the obvious difference (P < 0.05); the control group of the glucose and lipid metabolism in patients after treatment was significantly higher than the average index of water treatment before (P < 0.05), metabolism of glucose and lipid levels of the indicators and treatment of patients in the study group, no significant differences (P, 0.05). Conclusion: Clozapine Combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia can effectively improve the mental status of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and maintain the stability of glucose and lipid metabolism.
