【摘要】探讨帕罗西汀联合二甲双胍对糖尿病合并抑郁症患者水通道蛋白-4(AQP4)、S100钙离子结合蛋白B(S100B)、胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的影响。方法 选取64例2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者，随机分为对照组（32例）和治疗组（32例），其中对照组给予降糖药二甲双胍，治疗组则在对照组基础上联用抗抑郁药帕罗西汀，并测定治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白( HbAlc)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分( HAMD)、AQP4、S100B、GDNF及BDNF水平。 结果 治疗6周后，与对照组相比，治疗组患者空腹血糖、HbAlc、AQP4及S100B水平均明显降低（P<0.05），血浆GDNF及BDNF水平则明显升高（P<0.05）。结论 帕罗西汀联合二甲双胍能显著降低糖尿病合并抑郁症患者血浆AQP4、S100B水平，并显著增加GDNF及BDNF水平，这可能是其发挥降糖作用和改善患者抑郁症状的重要作用机制之一。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of paroxetine combined metformin on AQP4, S100B, GDNF and BDNF in diabetes complicated with depression patients. Methods Totally 64 cases of type 2 diabetes complicated with depression patients were randomly divided into control group(32patients) and treatment group(32patient). Control group was givenx with hypoglycemic drugs of metformin, and treatment group was given with paroxetine on the basis of control group. Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, Hamilton depression rating scale scores, plasma AQP4, S100B, GDNF and BDNF level of patients were detected before and after treating 6 weeks. Results Compared with control group, fasting blood glucose, HbAlc, HAMD scores, plasma AQP4 and S100B level of patients were significantly decreased, furthermore plasma GDNF and BDNF level of patients were obviously increased in treatment group after treating with 6 weeks. Conclusion Paroxetine combined metformin can significantly reduce the level of plasma S100B, GDNF and increase the level of GDNF, BDNF on diabetes complicated with depression patients, which maybe probably one of the important mechanisms of its glucose-lowering effect and improving depression symptoms of patients.
