精神分裂症患者症状维度的临床研究

摘要	【摘要】探讨中国汉族人群中精神分裂症患者的症状维度状况。方法采用自编精神分裂症症状清单对1700例精神分裂症患者的症状进行因子分析。结果通过分析，得出4个主要因子（及其贡献率）分别为：阴性症状（22.32%）、偏执（11.66%）、瓦解（11.09%）、木僵（10.23%）。结论结果提示中国汉族人群精神分裂症患者症状具有多维特性，支持精神分裂症症状的传统四型分法。
Abstract	【Absract】Objective To study the symptom dimensions of schizophrenia of Chinese patients. Methods The self - made schizophrenia symptom list was used to analyze the symptoms, in a group of Chinese patients with schizophrenia(n=1700). A principal-components fator analysis with a varimax rotation was performed. Results Four factors(explaining)-Negative symptoms (22.32%), paranoid (11.66%), disintegration (11.09%), stupor (10.23%)-emerged in this analysis,in total acc0unting for more than 55% of the variance. Conclusion The result suggests a multidimensional model of Chense schizophrenia patients and these four factors support the traditional subtypes.
