Forensic psychiatry is an important forensic activities, the opinion will be directly related to the nature of the case, disposal or sentencing, and will also affect the ultimate realization of judicial fairness. As evidence , the risk should not be ignored. In order to improve the reliability, credibility and accuracy of the forensic opinion, quality control play a particularly important role. Forensic psychiatry rely on the appraiser knowledge background about experience, ability and interrogation techniques, and so on. So the quality control needs to focus on the appraiser management. In this article ,we will discuss the quality control methods on appraiser access mechanism, personnel training, internal supervision, proficiency testing.
